Terms of Service

Last updated: October 3, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Discord bot SofTyBOT (the “Bot”, “Service”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By adding the Bot to a Discord server, using any of its commands, or providing any Epic Games account credentials, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of the Service

The Bot allows users to provide Epic Games login credentials. The Bot logs into those accounts via public Epic Games endpoints, retrieves account data, and stores the credentials. By providing credentials you grant us the ability to access and use the associated Epic Games account in any manner we choose, including but not limited to viewing data, performing actions, or transferring control.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) and have the legal right to provide the Epic Games account credentials you submit. You represent that you own or have explicit permission to use any account credentials you provide.

3. Account Credentials and Access

• You voluntarily provide your Epic Games login credentials (email/username and password, and any required 2FA codes or session data).
• We store these credentials and may use them to log into the account at any time.
• By submitting credentials you grant us unrestricted permission to access, control, modify, or otherwise act on the Epic Games account.
• We do not guarantee the security, continued availability, or non-ban status of any account.
• Epic Games may ban or restrict accounts that use third-party tools or share credentials. We are not responsible for any losses resulting from bans, restrictions, or account compromise.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Provide credentials for accounts you do not own or are not authorized to use.
• Use the Bot for any illegal purpose or in violation of Epic Games’ Terms of Service or Discord’s Terms of Service.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, abuse, or overload the Bot.
• Use the Bot to harass, harm, or defraud others.

We reserve the right to refuse service, delete stored credentials, or ban users at our sole discretion.

5. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE BOT WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY EPIC GAMES ACCOUNT WILL REMAIN ACCESSIBLE OR UNBANNED.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, ACCOUNTS, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE BOT OR ANY ACTIONS WE TAKE WITH STORED ACCOUNTS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US (IF ANY) IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Bot, your provision of credentials, or your violation of these Terms or any third-party terms (including Epic Games’).

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access and delete any stored credentials at any time without notice. You may request deletion of your stored credentials by contacting us at softybotoff@gmail.com or via our support server: https://discord.gg/CUD9HgavuM.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Bot after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and, where applicable, the laws of France, without regard to conflict of law principles.
